Ordered the Brass Bar Signature Burger, and it was not a great experience
The fries: large, dense no crispiness. Not enjoyable
The burger: the onions were too sweet and not at all balanced, the bun was flaky and the flavour not greathe worst was the mest, just dry and overcooked.

On the plate was also some balsamic vinegar for aesthetic? It did not work with any of the items.

I would not recommmend this place for burgers, the people and the place are nice, the pizza did not look terrible but I will not try anything else here.

Lovely bar/restaurant, feels more like a restaurant than a bar, but a cool little spot. Food was okay, the chips were not great, not cooked enough, very hard. The wings could do with more sauce for sure! Pizza and burger were delicious.

Staying at this hotel (Talbot Stillorgan). Went to BRASS for a drink.
The drinks are ok and uninspring, but thats fine.
The boys/stewards on the bar counter and the staff are rough, which is not expected at a 4* property charging high prices.
It's a sorry state of affairs to see in an Irish property.
Would not want to visit ever again if I have a choice.
